We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales representative within our NSW Office located in Smithfield. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated sales team, which is achieving outstanding success in maintaining the company’s prominence within the electric motors industry.


Answering all sales and technical enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Providing exceptional customer service
Providing quotations to clients and potential clients
Follow up quotations, overcoming objections to turn quotes into orders.
Pro-actively contact customers to build relationships and increase business.
Liaise with internal workshop regarding customer orders
Prepare purchase orders
Provide support for external sales representatives
Data entry of customer registrations
Educate customers on product range
Build a strong rapport with potential and existing clients
Ensure database records are up to date
Comply with all WHS obligations

You will have:

Electrical or mechanical background is desirable.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical sales role with either motors or drives or related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude)
Ability to sell and cross sell
Ability to multi task and prioritise.
Sound computing skills, including MS word, Excel and Outlook
