Job Description

We’re a cookware business in Chatswood, Sydney, with a happy team excited to welcome a positive and reliable new member.

Daily Responsibilities:

– Processing online orders from receipt to packing and dispatching.
– Providing customer service in-store, through online live chat, phone answering, and via email.
– Ensuring the store is tidy and presentable.
– Managing inventory.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

– Experienced in online shopping platforms and operations and/or has worked in a pick/pack environment.
– Detail-oriented with a keen eye for ensuring accurate systems data entry.
– Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
– Proficient in administration tasks.
– Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
– Proficiency in written and spoken English.

We offer a total remuneration package ranging from $56,000 to $60,000 plus 11% Superannuation.
