About the company:

CASETiFY is a well-established mobile phone accessories company originated from Hong Kong. Landed in Australia in 2022, CASETiFY is now looking for a reliable store manager to manage it’s busy store in Sydney CBD.

The Job:

Report to the Area Manager, here are some of your responsibilities:

1. General store management including opening and closing, handling cash register.
2. Serving customers.
3. Supervising the CASETiFY Sales Assistant team.
4. Monitoring Budget, make sure that the store hits it’s everyday target.
5. Train and develop floor staff to improve their selling skills.
6. General Store administration.

You need to have the following competencies:

1. 2 years+ Retail experience.
2. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
3. Good understand of mobile device.
4. Social, love to serve and customer centric.
